「We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets. The employee at the front desk, Chris, was kind, accommodating, and jovial. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel was extremely clean, well stocked and maintained, and the breakfast was unusually good for a free hotel meal! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.」

「Had a room on 2nd floor. Room above me on the 3rd floor was very noisy. Not the people in the room but just the noise of them walking across the floor were very squeaky and woke me up multiple times. Seemed like an old house from the early 1900s. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. Minimal parking spaces.」

「This was a clean hotel with very little amenities. It is good for an overnight stay on your way through. The gal who checked us in was very friendly and the price was good since we were coming late and leaving early.」

「Check in was a breeze. The gal at the front was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comforable. However the air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay cool. Had to turn it off several times before it would work properly. Other than minor issue, the stay was overall a good one. Would stay again.」

「The staff treat me like family. They are warm and pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a stove and refrigerator and microwave. Beds and bathroom are usable- toilet seats are high enough to be comfortable. WiFi is extremely slow. But with the treatment I get from the staff, I can overlook very slow WiFi service. On my last stay here, Chris was of great help at the front desk. He greets everyone like they are good friends. I wish there were more good people like him in this...

「Had food in the stairway for 3 days. Original room smelled extremely musty, but they allowed us to change rooms. Customer service was very good.」

「Had no working ac and had to deal with the makeshift maintenance guy that was tweaking on meth (literally watched him whip out a meth pipe in the lobby and light it up) to come in and tap on the ac unit and give up. There was a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but when we asked about changing rooms we were told it would be an additional $50 because we had dogs. Unfortunately everyone else was booked for the weekend so we just suffered with the room we had.」
