「Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...

「The mattress was EXCELLENT and this area was surprisingly quiet. It was a great night’s sleep ahead of a medical procedure:」

「Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience....

「While the receptionist was nice the room itself was for lack of a better term, awful. None of the outlets worked and it was clear based on the fact that there was a power box behind the mini fridge that it was a known problem. We needed to fix our toilet so it would not keep running, the knob on the Jacuzzi was broken off and unusable, and the drain in the shower/bathtub needed to be constantly flipped up and back down to drain any water. That being said, parking was good.」

「The beds were clean but the pull out bed had a huge stain on it so that was disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Breakfast didnt look appealing. The country gravy wasnt cooked right. I don’t understand why we have to pay for a wristband to use the waterslide. Other hotels have slides and its always included. Plus the hot tubs were empty and out of service.」

「Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again.」
