"We stopped here on a cross country roadtrip. We called knowing we would be late and the lady on the phone was rude and hung up without saying goodbye. On arrival at 1am, the guy at the front desk struggled to get the computer check in to work. He mumbled that there would be no key because it wasn’t working then took us to our room using the master key and told us to call if we got locked out.
