"I found the Sonesta quite nice. It’s clean, convenient to the Philadelphia airport, staff was cordial and shuttle readily available on the half hour. It is a concern that I was billed twice on my credit card. I was told there would be an extra charge in case of damage that would be returned if no problem, however I was not expecting two full charges. "

"Perfect location steps from Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown. Hotel is well kept, staff is friendly and attentive. Room was perfect for a family with 2 queen beds, pull out sofa and two TVs. Will repeat stay when in town."

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "

The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue.
