「All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. 「The Dock was fabulous and exactly what I was hoping to achieve for a 1 night stay between my work days. I was gutted as I’d heard so much about the breakfast but I ended up being in such a rush so didn’t have time to have a full English but the lush lady behind the kitchen counter asked me if I wanted a sandwich making to take away. She made me a huge and the best tasting bacon sarnie with a latte to take away (proper fresh brewed coffee) she saved my bacon literally haha. As I didn’t eat again...
