「We paid for a room with jacuzzi tub. And the tub jets didn't work. 」

「I was in the area for a few days and this location was perfect. Clean, quiet, ample parking and plenty of things to see close by. Hope to visit the area again and will definitely consider staying at this Comfort Inn again.」

「Room was clean, nice furniture. A bit small, no coffee pot, hair dryer, or toiletries but for the price that is acceptable. No real lobby, ice was available. Was booked for four days and received no room attention. 」

「The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

「The hotel is under renovation so, my scores were because of that! I believe when it’s finished it will be fantastic! I will say that it was very hard to find with the current signage! The staff was awesome though and even came outside, flagged us down and helped us locate the property! They were the best young ladies!!!」

「The room wasn’t dirty per say, I just have OCD when it comes to cleanliness. There were some stains in the tub and floors that made my flip flops handy. Overall the experience was not bad at all check in was quick and easy check out was easier. I brought my dog and there was extra charge or hidden fees. Dogs are completely free. The rooms are equipped with everything needed and more. Parking was right in front of the room door. There was no dog smells in the room which was my main concern. 」

「Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!」
