「I don't understand why it is rated as Star 2 hotel. The services is excellent; the staff are so helpful; and the environment is excellent. With swimming pool and spa; free breakfast, it is not just value for money, I am willing to pay more for such excellent hotel. It should be rated as Star 3 instead of 2 hotel. 」

「I recently stayed at the Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre while traveling to Kingston for work, and I had a fantastic experience.
