「It is in an old building, very up-to-date and well-cared for. It's kind of a "hands off" check in process. When you arrive, you punch in a code to retrieve your key. Breakfast is good, but it would be nice to have one or two hot dishes available (scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc.) Peter」

「The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.」

「Staff quickly solved the problem with the soap dispenser. No matter how hard we pressed no soap came out. This was because a hidden lid had not been taken off. Another small matter was that the coffee capsule didn't fit the coffee machine. Also addressed by the staff although we had be without our first coffee after waking up.」

「Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment war geräumig, sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet – viel angenehmer als ein klassisches Hotelzimmer. Die eigene Küche ist ein echter Pluspunkt, genauso wie der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber Friedrichshafen und der Bodensee sind schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gerne wieder!」

「Hotel itself is so beautiful, with very relaxing surroundings and with great location (Just opposite to Lindau HBF). The only thing which needs to be improved is that there's no A/C in room, and during my visit it was so hot in Lindau so it was hot in room. Though I can understand Europe is not used to hot summer but with climate change I think it'll become quite normal with hot summer so A/C will become necessary for a pleasant sleep.」
