It's a nice hotel, but be aware that it is also a clinic and rehabilitation place, so the ambience may differ slightly from that of a regular hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, with a really nice view. The food was delicious.

Wonderful property. Very unexpected in the serene atmosphere and within 1 hour to favorite site seeing [Zurich, Austria, Lichtenstein, Germany}. Highly recommend this property. After a long day of travel, their hot showers were awesome!

Immaculate Accommodations, Unexpected Atmosphere

The hotel, though situated in a remote location, offers impeccably clean accommodations, a well-equipped gym, and efficient room service. The service was adequate, but it lacked the polish. Ample parking is available. However, the hotel's dual function as an elderly care facility, evident in the adjacent hospital, may not suit all travellers. Functional and pleasant

The hotel is attached to a medical centre which is a little odd. I had a perfectly functional stay here but wouldn't really recommend it for tourists or a couples stay.

This facility is a medical clinic with full Medical Services - the place is filled with patients recovering from various ailments. This was not what was advertised on the Expedia site and I am terribly disappointed as this smelled like a hospital, the breakfast was not good, felt like I was duped on this one and my wife was traveling with me. Neither of us slept well at all!!

False advertising. This is not a hotel but rather a medical rehabilitation clinic. There are many patients healing and being treated at this clinic which has medical facilities on two levels. It is not a normal hotel and both my wife and I were very disappointed being here as this feels like a rehab clinic. The food for breakfast was not good the eggs tasted very strange - we didn’t finish out breakfast and had to leave. Expedia - YOU need to do a better job making sure facilities are accurately described. This place caused my wife and two very limited sleep nights and both of us felt very odd being there. The rooms do not have locks from the inside and they have a key lock in the doors which can be locked from the outside. I spoke with several people in St Gallen that I work with locally and all said the facility is a hospital.
