Zimmer sind komfortabel und modern, behaglich eingerichtet, grosszügige Kleiderkastenelemente, alles was es für die Nutzung des Spa Angebots braucht ist vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine und täglich frisches Wasser und Obst im Zimmer. In allen Bereichen von der Reception über Gastronomie bis zum Zimmerservice sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service. Lage perfekt auch für Aufenthalt und Ausflüge mit öffentlichem Verkehr.

Tolles Hotel, kleine aber feine Wellnessanlage. Legen offenbar viel Wert auf Gesundheit, z.B. keine "ungesunden" Speisen beim Morgenessenbuffet. Angenehm, weil eher kleineres Hotel und nicht überlaufen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage hoch über dem Bodensee phantastisch, leider durch starken Nebel bis weit in den Nachmittag hinein nicht so tolle Aussicht (aber kann das Hotel nun wirklich nichts dafür). Es ist nicht das billigste Haus, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Absolut nicht ein hotel in der 4* Sterne Kategorie...zimmer extrem klein...keine minibar vorhanden kein Kühlschrank..Zimmer nicht klimatisiert...sehr schwierige park möglichkeiten..preise wie 4 sterne plus..als Beispiel..Kalbsbratwurst. Rösti Zwiebel sauce. FR.32.00 Absolut übertrieben Nur noch auf abzogge. Das ganze Hotel braucht eine renovation und etwas frischen wind. Sehr schade auch der Umgang mit den gästen ..alles voll mit verbots tafeln und eingehenden lektionen was erlaubt ist und was nicht...ich war 47 jahre im Hotel Gewerbe tätig weltweit...aber so etwas von Hotel ist weit entfernt von 4 sternen...hier regiert nur geld je mehr je besser...sehr schade ,ich würde empfehlen einen google search zu machen was ein 4 Sterne Hotel braucht um 4 sterne zu erreichen bezw.behalten zu können...

Zimmer leider direkt über der Küche und Seeblick sehr eingeschränkt. Waren enttäuscht und somit Preis-Leistung nicht erfüllt. Schade, denn hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Reaktion an Récéption auf Rückmeldung war aus meiner Sicht leider auch unzureichend.
