「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「Cutest little spot in the heart of montmarte. Walk downstairs and you’re in the midst of cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for a 2 night stay, the only thing that would have made it better is a more efficient AC unit. We kept the window open bc AC just wasn’t doing its job. 「Excellent location and the room was clean with the listing description quite accurate. Staff was helpful and available even though they weren’t physically on site. Elevator is very small which was not a problem for us but it could be a problem if you have large luggage or are large in size yourself. But overall would highly recommend this property and this company.」
