I absolutely loved staying here. The location is unbeatable, and the apartment itself is fantastic. From now on, this is the only place I’d choose to stay. It truly has everything you could want or need in an apartment, and it made me feel like a local, close to everything and incredibly convenient. I stayed in the top-floor unit, which is the only apartment on that level, and it was perfect: private, quiet, and simply amazing. Access codes are provided, and there’s also an on-site office if you need assistance. The bathroom was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bedroom was cute and comfortable, overall, simple perfection.

Staff communication was excellent from before our arrival until our departure. So friendly and accommodating. Rooms was clean and spacious - not common for hotels in Paris at that price range. It’s on a busy side street so can get a bit noisy in the evenings to late night. Recommend getting a room on a higher level if you are a light sleeper. We would stay again due to the friendly staff, spacious room and convenient amenities (kitchen and lounge space etc)

Very nice boutique hotel in a great area. The room was beautiful (though not very big) and contained all that is required for a few days stay in Paris (you also have access to a DIY laundromat free of charge).

Excellent property - large and perfect location

Excellent property and location. Very comfortable, size of a large hotel suite for a very good price. Laundry facilities! One of the most comfortable beds we've had in Paris. Would absolutely stay here again.

Liked everything about our stay here. Great communication from the team beforehand. Lovely well equipped apartment. Helpful staff unhand even though you can do everything with key codes re entrance etc. Brilliant area - we walked almost everywhere in Paris during our stay. Fabulous eating and drinking options nearby. Nearby metro if you want public transport. About a mile from Gare du Nord and an easy walk if you are coming by Eurostar. Would definitely return.

We had a great 3 night stay in the cozy 6th floor suite. The experience was fantastic - well organized and gracious support from the hotel. Very good communication before and during our stay. The room was very clean, modern and thoughtfully organized. We are a family of four and found the suite to be small but very functional. It was very quiet and the amenities were very good. Furniture was all updated and fresh. Common areas were very well maintained. The location is fantastic! Only thing was in peak periods (morning and night) - we didn't have any hot water. After 3 days without a hot shower or hot water to do the dishes, it was abit annoying especially in the winter. But everything else was literally perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights as the conclusion to a 2 week family holiday. The apartment was new and spotless. The bed was so comfortable - I had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks! The location is great, all major attractions within easy reach by foot or metro. Communication with property management was easy and they were very friendly and quick to help with any requests. It was a great being able to leave our luggage in reception for the day. Plenty of food options, supermarkets and pharmacies in the surrounding streets. There was a bit of noise at night from the streets but the apartment seemed to have good soundproofing so this wasn't an issue. The only downside for us was the apartment was a little small with the two adults, two teens and our luggage. Other than that, I can’t fault this place! Would definitely stay here again if returning to Paris

Facilities are quite new, everything is as described, as a bonus it includes free use of washer & dryer. Host is friendly and helpful. I noticed a trend now of furnishing units to make them very visually appealing and hip looking. So some of the furniture looked very cool and photographable, but are not very usable. e.g. drawers that do not open or chairs that look cool, but are not practical to sit on. However, the main items (bed, washroom...) are practical.

Nestay is a brand new serviced apartment. - LOCATION: Walking distance to everything (supermarket, major transit point (Chatelet-Les Halles), food, bars, croissants/bakeries, etc.) - STAFF: Friendly staff that are available to help any time of day - quick responses - goes above and beyond! (even though they don’t have a manned reception 24/7), luggage can be left with reception during work hours. - APARTMENT CONDITION; clean, new, basic shower amenities, basic kitchen with 4 sets of utensils, cooking and dish washing facilities/needs. ****If you get an apartment facing the city, the windows open out to the Main Street and views are amazing! Overall, great Parisian stay in the heart of the city. THANK YOU Nestay (and Olivia)!

Loved staying at Nestay Sentier for 8 nights. Great area, excellent communication and helpful support. Very high standard of fixtures and fittings and the door code system worked well. Soundproofing was pretty good but it is a lively restaurant area and I needed to use ear plugs as well at the weekend.

Nestay Sentier is truly a hidden gem perfectly nestled in the heart of Châtelet. Located conveniently in the vibrant 2nd arrondissement, it borders both the trendy 3rd arrondissement and historic 1st arrondissement. Within a leisurely 15-minute walk, you can easily reach iconic landmarks such as the Louvre Museum and numerous exquisite restaurants, including several Michelin-starred establishments in the 3rd arrondissement. The accommodation itself comfortably fits four people, offering impeccably clean and welcoming rooms. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service—the staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to ensure a pleasant stay. If you're looking for the ideal base to explore all the wonderful offerings of Paris, Nestay Sentier is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Vi boede på hotellet i 4 nætter. 2 voksne og to tweens. Lejligheden var rigtig fint indrettet med mulighed for selv at lave morgenmad. Stort udvalg af bagere, restauranter mv. i området. Der er utrolig meget liv på gaderne omkring hotellet. Tæt på metro og RER til lufthavn og Disneyland, og helt centralt i selve Paris. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt og uden at vi behøvede at spørge tilbød de at opbevare vores bagage både før check-in og efter check-out. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen!

Vi syntes dette var midt i blinken for oss. Det var pent, med veldig god beliggenhet og serviceinnstilt personale. Det gikk fort å gå til Chatelet, hvor vi kunne ta tog rett til flyplassen eller Disneyland. Og hvis vi skulle reise mer lokalt var det enda kortere til metro. Bakeri rett og veldig gode dumplings rett over gata og supermarked var bare to minutters gange unna. Det var stort sett rent og sengene var fint redd opp, men gulvteppet var veldig skittent noe som er litt synd når man har små barn som liker å leke på gulvet.
