"The room was clean. The staff at check in were very friendly and most helpful. I was able to log into the WiFi but there was no internet connection 🤔. Didn’t bother to say anything; used the data on my phone as we were there for just one night. Getting room service on the phone was difficult and we eventually got help from the front desk. The staff who brought our food was nice and polite though. Shout out to our server at breakfast, Nivenka, she was absolutely great!"

"The room had roaches in it. There was trash under the bed from a previous guest. The lobby has a metal door that is shut overnight. Definitely not a place I would recommend. "

"Everything was fine. The hotel convenience store sometimes you’re in a rush and just need a water to go and I had to wait in line for 15 min while the one staffed was checking someone in who was having challenges with their reservation. Having a way to grab things faster on your way out would be helpful "

"Perfect location. Lovely lobby. Very noisy. The trains are near and loud. The mattresses are hard as concrete."
