「The staff at this hotel are genuine and welcoming. The room was comfortable and just what I needed to relax after a few stressful days. I enjoyed swimming some laps in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. My 9 year-old-niece was with me so I didn't get to experience the spa the way I would have liked. If I ever make it up to Maine again, I will make it a point to stop here again. But perhaps with my boyfriend.」

「Haven’t been to Waterville over the past few years— the Hotel is a really nice addition to an ongoing revival of the downtown area. Very pleasant surprise. Ate in the restaurant which was very good. Everything was spotless and it was also quiet— so often hotels have thin walls and/or weird AC or heat noises. None of that. Slept very well. Nice bath/shower, too. Definitely will recommend and would stay again. 」
