「Room was clean and staff wan nice.」

「The staff was amazing, especially the newer woman at the front desk. I think her name was Melissa or Monica? She was wonderful. So helpful and patient as I had a lot of mishaps with my booking and rebooking before I finally booked with expedia. The only issue I had with cleanliness was the shower. Most hotels don't scrub the tub to my liking. I hate seeing any discoloration. White tubs would need to be scrubbed hard and often to show zero grime. 「Staff was friendly and helpful. Room (especially view and fireplace!) was clean and comfy. We will definitely be back. Only downside was not being able to watch Netflix on the room TV but the staff said they are working on upgrading that part so guests will soon be able to stream apps no problem on the TV. Wifi was great though so we could still watch on our tablet. Great stay!」
