「Very nice hotel」

「Danieko, the Front Desk Attendant welcomed us with a warm greeting, a big smile, and bottles of water for my family upon arrival. He portrayed exemplary customer service which is rare to find today. Thanks to Danieko, we will be repeat customers. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. 」

「Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised 」

「We were staying at a summer hotel in the worst of winter. They were kind and tried to help. The heat did not work well at all. They came and tried to fix it but we froze all night. The TV was not in the bedroom so we were watching on the phone. No internet. I can see this being a great place in the summer. It was a pretty area.」

「At check-in, staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean --however we did find a piece of gum stuck to the curtains that was not removed (which was pretty gross!) We were a bit disappointed in the pool area. It was really hot in the room, the chlorine was very strong and overall it seemed very outdated and dingey in there --with kind of a funky musty smell. Also, there was no hot tub as listed just a small kiddy pool area. I used the fitness room and it was clean and had...
