"We went to check in and this area was not safe. There were unsightly characters hanging all around the entrance. I tried to cancel my reservation and rebook on another site thru Hotels .com and this sight said I had no bookings scheduled. Ai had no solution for me since they had no record of my reservation. Being two single women we were not going to get out of the car let alone stay there. "

"The place should demolished and rebuilt! Guessing there are health and safety violations. Some switch’s in the room didn’t work. Heat/AC unit made terrible noise. Bathroom door was delaminated and wouldn’t close. Carpets where beyond point where they could be cleaned, both in room and in hallways. Window curtains were falling down. Bed blankets were so thin, they provided no warmth. No extra blankets were available. Staff was nice enough, but they don’t have much to work with. "
