「The toilet ran all night and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above my room. Jetted tub was not operational and photos online must have been taken 10+ years ago. Listing was deceiving.」

「I found our room was a little worn out. The rugs definitely need to be shampooed. They were marks on the walls, a paint job would help. No Kleenex in the room and only one coffee pouch. Bed was comfortable. Had to ask for the bathroom light to be replaced. It was done speedily.」

「Terrific stay, big room, all the amenities you need, nice fridge, coffee maker. Table for dining inside and out. Super close to the hot spring (pro tip- buy your tickets at the front desk) and tons of wildlife around the property. Couldn't ask for a better host than Tom. Close to restaurants/bars - all walkable under 10 mins. Will absolutely be visiting again and will carry my Gables key chain with pride!」

「The view from the balcony was amazing but the hotel and room, though clean, were dated. The air conditioning was in the sitting area and not in the bedroom so it was very warm when trying to sleep. The toilet was running constantly which made it hard to sleep as bathroom was right beside bed and the wifi was non existent. Beds were relatively comfortable.」

「The bathrooms need work but other than that the room felt like a little cabin and the view out the back door was amazing!!! The only other issue other than the bathroom is the beds are hard, very hard being a bit disabled this was a huge problem for me but if you like hard beds this is definitely a place to stay! The guy up front super friendly and loved his friendly laid back demeanour. One thing I wanted to do was to have a fire and roast marshmallows with the kids so having campgrounds around...
