"Parking was very easy, safe and convenient. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods. All dishes were replenished regularly. Our room was very clean and the bed super comfy. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The city is flushing the water so it's a yellowish brown color, we were not told about this issue until we brought it to their attention. Then a staff member used her key card and walked into our room because she mistakes it for the ice room. This didn't make sense because the ice room says ice room on the door. Then the neighboring room had a dog who walked under the half wall on the patio and pooped right in front of my door. Housekeeping told me to clean it up and then asked if I had something to block the open space so the dog couldn't get back through. They ended up charging the owner a few but didn't do anything to comp us. Then they rang my room and they have some sort intercom in the room so they just started talking. This is a one way intercom they can reach out to you but not vice versa. And you have no way to ignore it. I would definitely not recommend."

"I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. When I walked into the room it was cold and I turned on the heat but even though it did warm up after a period of time it ended up getting pretty cold during the night. There was no reliable internet and I had to use my phone and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best even at max heat. I selected the suite so the room itself was sizable but the TV was Tiny and the size of the room made the TV basically unwatchable. All in all not too impressed"
