"We stayed at the Hampton while visiting family for the weekend. My husband and I used to stay here years ago and we decided to stay here because they are pet friendly. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles and a helpful demeanor. Not just the reservation staff but ALL the staff. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel where the staff was as friendly as here. The hotel has undergone some upgrades and felt clean even in the hallways. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were offered fresh coffee when we arrived and for breakfast. I would most certainly recommend this hotel. We will return for another stay the next time we are in Washington. "

"Hotel clerk was very sweet and accommodating. We had our 3 grandson s with us and she offered us the adjoining room for a great rate which was a lifesaver!! Room was clean and beds were awesome. Breakfast was good too"

"Nice staff, clean rooms and breakfast. What more can you want. I stay 2.5 hours away and go to ECU health for Doctors appointments and other medical needs and we choose the Best Western Plus for our overnight stays due to the reason mention above and location."
