"I did not bring pets. Room booking request was not honored. Front desk claimed that they have a different description."

"Staff at check in was pleasant. Otherwise the staff is via zoom. Room was clean, only wish they wouldn’t use the spray freshener. Shutter blades were broken, the security light shined into the bedroom. Toilet was not functioning properly. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s the first time we’ve had issues."

"This was a nightmare. I hooked the suite and immediately we could hear and feel a chronic rumbling noise occurring every minute or so. It was so loud the room was uninhabitable. When we reported it to the front desk one of the staff was pleasant and the other was egregiously aggressive and obstinate— questioning us, accusing us of making up stories, raised her voice and ultimately the nicer one found us another room option BUT it was a much cheaper room and I did not get any reimbursement. Then a couple days later I tried to do laundry and discovered a decrepit old coin op , put my money in and the thing didn’t work. It was one issue after another . I am extremely horrified and I DEMAND A FULL REFUND"
