We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row because of our girls playing at the volleyball tournament at the San Mateo event center. A few moms are downstairs, eating and having a cocktail when some of those other moms went downstairs to join them. It was about 920 and I tried to order from the bar and she told me that she was closed. This is on a Saturday night with a packed hotel room with lots of volleyball parents. The moms we sat down with said that she said she was gonna close early and have them do last call around 9 o’clock. Then about 20 minutes later so about 940 a couple walked up to the bar sits down and she serves them after telling me that she was closed. If she decided to reopen, she should’ve walked over and offered a beverage to us Moms who were turned down about 20 minutes ago. This is absolutely rude and uncalled for. I’m not sure why she decided to close early, but the fact that she did all of this in front of us and didn’t even apologize and offer us a beverage is rude. I’m not sure if I will return and the entire group of the volleyball moms either. So maybe next time the server behind the bar could treat everybody equally because there’s no need for her to refuse to serve us, but then serve another couple shortly after.

Your cleaning staff is amazing rooms were very clean and when we ask for extra towels they didn’t hesitate to get them to us quickly. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning unit had a water leak, and the floor was wet. The front desk promptly changed our room. However, the other room lacked an iron, so I had to return to the previous room to retrieve it. The furniture and amenities were modern and new, but the cleanliness was lacking. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room until we called the front desk on our last night. Breakfast was the same every morning and offered limited options. All the food was unhealthy and excessively sugary. I would give the hotel three stars for the quick response from the front desk and the EV chargers, as well as for the modern furniture.

We didn't require daily room cleaning, and the maids were ok with that. Coming from a small community that doesn't recycle, I could have used more info about what could be recycled and composed.
