I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. 「Friendly staff. Breakfast pretty good but under seasoned. TV did not work in first room. We were quickly moved to another room. Key cards had to be reset daily as they quit working. Dead bugs on both sides of air conditioner on the floor and in bathroom. Lighting was poor overall in the room and bathroom. Elevator still missing a buttton. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor.」
