"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.

"Das Zimmer war super sauber und sehr geräumig. Insgesamt war das jetzt der dritte Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Besonders der Self Check-In ist sehr angenehm bei flexiblen Anreisezeiten. Am besten gefiel mir die Küche. Sie hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst ein leckeres Frühstück zuzubereiten"
