「Lovely hotel. Clean room. Exceptionally warm welcome from Micheal. Being shown to the room is a lovely touch, rather than being pointed in the direction of your room. We didn't have breakfast, but will next time. Car parking excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel and hopefully enjoy the amenities, as this visit we were just staying for one night and didn't have time enjoy the splendour of the hotel.」

「Overall stay was ok, standard rooms are a little bit no frills but clean and comfortable. Buffet / restaurant staff weren’t the friendliest in my opinion, food was ok.」

「Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing」

「Very traditional building. Old but well maintained and presented. The location is very secluded and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food quality is outstanding and reasonably priced for a city spa hotel. Compared to the Holiday Inn nearby this place is definitely a step up and we would opt to stay here again.」

「It's a very old building with only stairs but staff was more than pleasant adverse helpful. They bought our luggage up to our room and then even brought it back down I highly recommend this place.」

「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

「Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.」
