「Michael at the front desk was warm and very helpful」

「It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better. 「First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.」

「Terrible hotel. Would avoid! Rang me on the day of check-in to say that the hotel was overbooked. I was then told that, as compensation for THEIR error, they would put me in a 'sister' hotel, which in fact looked like a 1970s pub and was not at all a like-for-like swap. Very unhelpful staff; offered absolutely no assistance in resolving any discrepancies, and had to escalate to Expedia to get anywhere.」

「Good environment and nice room」

「Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.」

「There is no guest house, it's a scam, fraud, fake. I want my money back! They accept booking, you get confirmation and you don't get room, they don't answer your call. Need to report it to every possible site!」

「This place was dreadful. The photos do not reflect the room. My husband sat on the bed and it collapsed onto the floor. He weighs 140 pounds so not a big bloke. On top of that there were no towels provided even though they are in the pictures. It was a hot day and we couldn't take a shower before going out. Do not stay here.」

「Not what it seems. Had a room with a small kitchen , dirty bowls and plates left in oven which had been there for some time going by the smell. Had a "private bathroom" which was shared by the room next door. Had one night here and bailed out. Had booked to come back three weeks later but soon cancelled that.」

「In the middle of the night, there was banging on the door. Someone let the person in and was constantly up and down the staircase. It is dirty and unsafe. 」

「room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins. We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!」

「Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.」
