「The property was clean with necessary utensils. Secure access to the property as well . Lacked air conditioning and tea/ coffee makings 」

「Stunning property, host was lovely very accomodating quick to respond, would definitely use again, we were working from early hours to late eveming so didn't have chance to shop or eat oit on thia occasion but judging by everything else this host and property offered i would give 10 out of 10 on all 」

「Great location, flat was easy to access. Great communication from host, stayed two nights before cruise! Highly recommend for anyone sailing from Southampton to use these apartments!」

「The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. 」

「The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.」

「Amazing stay, great-friendly customer service. Everything been well thought out everything included definitely worth a stay . Highly recommended. 」

「It is good area, good host, almost on M3 motorway. Supermarkets are very close. 」

「Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break. 」

「一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱，餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦」

「The property was always in clean and good condition, the owner is quick to respond and very polite. My dad had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back next time! Thank you for the great service. 」

「Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending...
