I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business...

"Great resort on the outskirts of Patong Beach, but not too far if you want the madness of Bangla Road etc. Beautiful pools with great views from the front pool. We were upgraded to a higher floor room which was very large and had fantastic views. The resort is set on the cliff so lots of stairs and up and down the hill but they do have buggies going all day to take you up the hill and you never have to wait long. Might be a bit restricted if not very mobile. Breakfast was great, with a good selection and we ate in the restaurant a few evenings, which was also very nice and reasonably priced. We booked our trip to James Bond in the hotel and was very happy with the trip and also used the spa, which was divine. If you are looking for a nice resort not too far from the action would definitely recommend."
