「Clean and comfortable. Heater worked well. Easy to get to and check in. Close to the lake and skiing. Kind of small for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Also outlets could use updating. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend. 」

「The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「Amazingly vast and delicious breakfast. Great ski valet and a short walk across the street to the village gondola. Staff were excellent and always helpful. Pool/spa were excellent. Our room was a unique high efficiency bunk system that did not have much common space for our family but we utilized the lobby level “living room” space for gatherings and meeting with friends. 」

「The hotel's hygiene is abysmal. My child was bitten on the ear by some unidentified insect while in bed; the ear subsequently began oozing pus, and the lymph nodes became swollen—a condition that persisted for ten days without improvement. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel like this. I strongly advise exercising extreme caution.」
