Great place to stay in Mammoth. I booked the Chalet and it was huge. No stove just a microwave, but it made eating in easy. Close to the lodges or walking distance to the Village. Our room was clean with plenty of towels. The only thing that wasn’t appealing was the jacuzzi.

We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very pleasant The room was cozy everything worked as it should
Location is great. Our room was large, but a bit dated. The TV was not working on our 1st night and someone came, late at night, to fix it which was appreciated. Despite a 10pm hot tub quiet time, people were still in it long after that. Since our room was right next to the hot tub, it was loud.
The beds were very uncomfortable, seemed like very old mattresses. The coffee pot had an old used filter still in it, making it obvious the coffee maker was not cleaned. This property is old and needs updating. The strong smell of Lysol or other cleaning product did not match the cleanliness.
The staff was very friendly.

Liked: Room comfort
The room was OK to spend one night as a family on a road trip. All the essentials you need, no frills. The water runs hot and the heating works fine. No hassle check in and out.
The room was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was aware that they are not available 24 hours and the automated
“Help” was not helpful.
Easy parking available very close to the slopes.
The only negative was when it says kitchen it’s really a kitchenette with no stove.
