「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

Shuttle to beach only runs certain days so you to have to pay for taxi cabs which are around $50USD each way if you visit on the off shuttle days. It's located far from tourist attractions so taxi fare is constantly needed-$50USD or more each way. 「First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

「This was and really nice. I came for 3 days. The live music up the beach was amazing. Only problem is that your a like secluded. Just something to keep in mind. I wouldn't advise coming on a solo trip! Great for couples!!」

「All in all the stay was excellent. Food was tasty, drinks were good. One of the best things was the late checkout option up till 6pm. Some points to note for improvement. Beach chairs were located at a very rough part of beach so you may want to swim at the section further away from the hotel. All inclusive suggests that food and drinks should be available all the time albeit less options but available.」
