"Everything about the hotel was bad from the pictures on the site not being updated to the bad staff service the WiFi didn’t work as well the shower was not good very inadequate. Also the fire alarm systems were very bad and when we had to evacuate our room there was no plan and the room phones didn’t work"

"The room I stayed in at the Champions Club and Hotel was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, there was a water leak in the bathroom, and the drainage system was poor. The best thing was that I slept very well thanks to the bed cushions."
