10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great and clean; the drinks were good, and the food by the pool and at Xochi was excellent. However, the breakfast buffet was very basic for $30 per person—the eggs were watery. Another thing I wanted to mention: at 2:00 AM, people were shouting and running around on the 8th floor; guests really ought to read the rules at check-in. Also, the housekeeping staff needs to reset the alarms, as we were woken up at 5:00 AM—I assume by the previous guests' settings."
