"When I booked, I requested a quiet room away from stret and hotel noise. We were given a room overlooking the highway (I95) and it was very noisy. I asked to change rooms on the follow day and was accommodated. Why was my original request not met? You need a decent restaurant. The staff was courteous, helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional in their approach to customers."
