「Easy to get in and out of, didnt have to check in or out with staff, clean room」

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」

The hotel is in need of some TLC; however ,the staff was prompt, courteous, and my room was clean and comfortable. For the price and last minute accommodations, I was not disappointed.
