「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

「The heat was broken when I arrived in the apartment. It was 52 degrees. I contacted the host and they said there was nothing they could do until the next day and they regretted the inconvenience. It's not really an inconvenience to wake up to 48 degrees. I'm not sure what it is but it was thoroughly unpleasant. They were not able to fix it the next day. It seemed like a nice enough place although it reeked of pot - maybe from the vape shop on the first floor. 」

「It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.」
