「Great location. Unit is spacious. Will stay there for our next visit!」

「The property was located in a good area for what we where there for. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our check-in time was 3pm we arrived around 4pm. Upon entering the property it was clean and smelled amazing. Once we made it to our room it wasn't clean the bedding was still on from the previous guest, microwave was dirty as well as the floor had a sticky substance on it which means it hadn't been mopped, the TV in the bedroom did not work. We called the property...

「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. 」
