「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」

「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」

「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help...

「The ground floor studio where we stayed was clean, modern and functional. Big windows letting in plenty of light, although frosted so you cant see out of them. My 2 asks would have been a clothes hanging rail and a coffee cafetiere! Location was excellent, 5 minutes from Pimlico tube, and 15/20mins walk from St James Park. Very quiet area, and safe clean streets. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hope House. Our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and hip. We were able to walk all over the city or take local transportation options easily. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!」

「We were in apartment 1, which faces away from Vauxhall Bridge Road and therefore was quiet. The entrance codes and lift work fine. For two, this is spacious and we felt better than a hotel room. The kitchen is equipped so you could cook meals. We just did coffee and take-aways. And yes there are plenty of restaurants nearby.」
