"Overall we love this place and will always be our go to hotel for the location. We did ask two staff about storing our luggage for a couple of days as we are returning later in the week. We had an early departure flight which was relayed to staff and was reassured that it wasn’t a problem to drop the luggage off at check out. Wish I was told that this option wasn’t available until 5 am, we had to be at the airport by 4.30. I had to wake the lady at the service counter this morning for assistance which was a waste of time - she just shrugged me off which was a bit disappointing. We still love the Excalibur and will return soon!"
