"This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around. "
"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.
Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."
"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."
