「After being stranded by American in CLT, the Hampton Inn was a Blessing to arrive at midnight. A very friendly desk staff and super clean room as well as Very Comfy Bed!. The free breakfast was great as well.」

「Our room was clean but the layout seemed cramped with little storage space and we had problems with the bathroom door and sink. Also we should have checked amenities as the rooms had no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby, an inconvenient 4 flights down. 」

「The air conditioning was fine in our room. We would stay at this hotel again - our only complaint is that the parking lot is a bit small but that should be corrected after the nearby construction is completed. 」

「DO NOT! I REPEAT Please do not book this hotel for many, many reasons. Please read other reviews to see room cleanliness issues. We didn't even get that far! They also failed to mention that their pool was closed for weeks and weeks. Though on Expedia they promote having a pool and on their website there was no mention of it being closed. Clearly false advertising in my opinion. I travel with 2 kids who love swimming so when we showed up for our room we had to book some place else with a pool...
