「Was given an occupied room. Was told they could not accommodate 5 guests even though that’s how we booked so kids slept on floor. Checked twice that morning shuttle was scheduled and told yes but it was not and almost missed my flight. Had to pay an Uber as the hotel simply said “Sorry there is nothing we can do” no refund offered.」
