「The only complaint I have is the parking situation, but the hotel was wonderful!」

「Totally understand that they are under construction and things are big time awry. Parking lot and parking spaces where a hassle and temporary security lights that were in the parking lot were lit during the day and not lit at night which made the security of my self and vehicle a little worrisome at night. Inside of the premises were perfect and every aspect of that were also great.」

「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? 「This is one of the cleanest, most thoughtfully-decorated, and nicest hotels I've stayed in many years. Danville is my hometown and I usually do an up and back. I will be staying at The Laurel for all future visits. Very impressed with the reuse of this building.」
