"Coming from Tucson, AZ the weather was great. My husband and I drove to see Luke Combs, enjoy a relaxing “honeymoon” vacation. The room was beautiful, the valet staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the girl that checked me in had a bit of an attitude, but over all our stay was amazing. We will stay here again and recommend to friends and family. "

"We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee. "

"Great location and terrific modern and updated rooms. The custodian staff was always nice and friendly and did a great job. Front desk staff was ok. We had issues with our checkin as our room was not ready more than an hour after check in time."

"Our stay at the Crockett was everything we wanted and more! The location could not be beat, the tavern food was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved staying at a historic hotel rather than your run of the mill chain hotel that you can find anywhere. The rooms were comfortable, and everything we wanted was within walking distance. We will definitely return and highly recommend! "
