I only wish all hotels were even slightly close to this hotel. Wish I could give it more stars!!」

「The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.」

「Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was. 」
