"The room was kept clean but was musty like spoiled milk. We were in a renovated room so not sure what the smell was. There was no restaurant on the grounds and very limited service from the 1 bar that was available. The advertisement for the facility said 7 pools plus a slide and lazy river. There was 3 pools, no hottub that we could find. "

"We visited during a time when the resort had a large event scheduled, which was supposed to shut down the main pool area. While the pool never fully closed, several amenities were affected. Multiple restaurant options were unavailable, the slide was shut down for part of the day, and there were periods without music, which took away from the overall experience. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication. We only learned about the potential pool closure after asking about renting a cabana. There was no prior notice about restaurant closures—we found out only when we tried to dine. Additionally, some staff members seemed unaware of what was open or closed, leading to inconsistent and confusing information. That said, the resort itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very kind and understanding when we raised our concerns. I would still recommend this resort and would consider staying again, but I hope they improve communication, especially regarding large events that impact guest amenities."

"Thus is a very large property a bit outdated should be quoted as a 3 star not 4 star.staff was ok no concierge pool staff not very attentive. Location is good "

"The property was very nice and the staff was great when you needed a ride somewhere. They had an Easter Bunny and scavenger hunt for the kids to keep them occupied. The pools were clean and not too crowded. The only isse with the room was that the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to hold the handle for 3 seconds to get it to go down, longer or shorter and it wouldn’t go down. "
