"Not great at all. I believe there was a change of ownership 3 weeks ago. Breakfast was poor. Asked for a vegetarian option and there was none. Room house keeping did not happen. Room was fairly clean but carpet was horrid overall. Overall not a great experience. A shame as the reviews seemed good. "

"The staff were lovely and the attached restaurant was great. Sadly our room (11) was run down with lots of problems. The shower was broken so it was hard to set the temperature - an issue with a child. I found the beds to be very soft - something I'm not used to. The worst part though was a large fan outside the room that ran all day and night making it very noisy. As the room overlooked the smoking area if anyone smokes it infiltrates the room. The car park was very tight as well. "

"I stay in hotels all the time for work, so like to think I know my stuff. This hotel is brilliant, great price point and great value fro money. The staff excellent, couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Evening meal was very good and breakfast was 10/10. Room decor was nice, great size room 10/10 location great. Don’t hesitate to book this super duper hotel."
