"It felt like home. You walk up the staircase to a beautiful open landing that was warm and welcoming. There was a front balcony and a very large back deck. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the claw foot tub in the bath room....felt like home. There was a shower as well for those of you that don't get excited over claw foot tubs. We were treated to a home cooked breakfast and there were soft drinks and snacks you were welcome to in the kitchen. I wish we had...

"Very disappointing. Too far out of Monroe. Hotel felt old and uncared for; hallway carpets dirty and maybe needs to be replaced. Room was too small for the three of us plus a dog. Not enough room to have our bags out and to be used. Half of the bathroom lights were out; not enough towels and one roll of toilet paper. I requested more from the front desk but never received. I was told they were short staffed and I should've come to the desk to get it. The best thing was the heated pool. Breakfast...
