「I know it was pet friendly but the hallways smell like dog pee. Also I paid for breakfast and the cook did not show up for work」

「I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

「This property is so clean and the staff all was so friendly and helpful. There’s a walking path out front that was so cute. Breakfast was so nice Parking was great I would return to this hotel if I’m in the area.」

「There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more.」

「The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Odd that there are no ones in the room to call the front desk. There aren’t any blow dryers in the room so I asked house keeping. They got me on but it was 45 minutes later. My hair was already dry by then. (This makes for a bad hair day):(. I could tell they had cleaned but it looked like they just mopped anything on the floor to a corner. The sofa in our room was so stained I would not sit on it for anything. Gross. I did sleep well in the bed...
