"I have stayed at Hyatt Hotels in the past with the confidence that this chain is well maintained, however this Hyatt in Paramus NJ was definitely the exception. From the moment I walked in I was unpleasantly surprised to see the por quality of this particular hotel. The lobby doesn’t look like one, its a counter with a cash register where food is sold, the carpet in the entrance is super dirty, almost like the ones in a car mechanic shop. The hotel rooms are clean but outdated, lacking amenities, and the breakfast was not too good. There was a hair on the waffle station spoon rest. I will re-consider staying at this chain from now on. "

"Clean and beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff, a big indoor pool, very nice bar and restaurant (Cecilia makes the best Old Fashioned and Aracely was very friendly and attentive). Highly recommended!"

"Great price for a decent stay and most importantly it’s close to everything you need. "

"The shower faucet was not working well and you cannot control the temperature of the room. The only thing you can do for the temperature is to turn off the thermostat. The parking however was the worst offense seeing as we’re already paying for the room we should be able to get free parking. Parking was unnecessarily $15 a night and WiFi was not free either."
