Location was good, hotel was clean, most staff was nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, luggage hold was helpful when needed. Room was smaller than depicted in the photos. Read the fine print, in terms of extra fees. Breakfast is not included, just offered for an additional fee.

Everything was wonderful for the two days we were in nyc but the beds were uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.. I wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.

Toilet bowl was dirty. Water was turned off for 5 hours on our second day, air conditioner was old and not working properly. The staff was very helpful, but owners should invest in it, ideal location to stay in NYC.
