「Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it 」

「This place is clean and beautiful. Although we didn’t use the pool or the other games they looked fun and inviting. We walked on the beach and watched the whales and there was even a sea turtle sleeping on the beach when we were there. Definitely would stay there again if we ever go back!」

「Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.」

「Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. 」
